HSS – Back in The Game, patient stories

The Hospital for Special Surgery is nationally ranked the number one hospital for orthopedics. Based in New York City, patients travel both nationwide and internationally to visit HSS. Founded in 1863, HSS is the nation’s oldest orthopedic hospital with over 25,000 surgical procedures performed annually. HSS surgeons are entrusted with caring for some of the nation’s greatest sports teams such as the New York Giants, the New York Mets, the Brooklyn Mets and the New York Knicks.
HSS partnered with 360 Design to create a consumer facing micro-site, mobile web, social and email experience that celebrates and tells the story of HSS patients. The objective was to provide channels for all current and former HSS patients to tell the story of their experience at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
This mobile responsive micro-site consists of patient stories that are sharable through social media channels and email. Back in the Game is the largest forum of orthopedic and rheumatological patient stories in the world. Back in the Game Provides a space for past HSS patients to share their remarkable recovery stories and future HSS patients to be inspired and feel confident in HSS’ ability to get them Back in the Game.
