“You get the food you want when you want it!” With over 2 million members, Seamless processes over 130,000 food orders per day. Seamless partnered with 360 Design to streamline the UX and UI experience, core templates and add deals features to the popular website and mobile apps.
People access Seamless from multiple channels, from mobile phones, to tables, to websites. On native apps and on the flagship website, Seamless needs to work flawlessly. Our challenge was to add new features that will work across all channels and become familiar and fully integrated into the brand experience.
We collaborated closely with the Seamless team to design core UX and UI components that work across all channels. The result is an on-brand, improved user ordering process and the ability for food providers to set up and manage deals and specials.
